From the first time we met Tim and Ana we felt totally comfortable with them.

We had never built a house before from scratch, so it was an exciting but slightly nerve wracking experience and we knew it was important to find the right sort of architects that wanted the best for us and that we were happy to share ideas and feel totally at ease with.

As our house was going to be built on beach front it was never just going to be a straight forward build. Our brief was to maximise the view, be light and sunny with an open plan living arrangement and not too big! We also wanted it to nestle into the beach environment in a subtle way blending with the beach landscape.

Tim and Ana were so supportive to our ideas , but it was their flair for style and design that came through right from the start. We really had no idea of the range of building materials that are out there and it was the little details they implemented into the plans that made such a difference. Every meeting we had with them was exciting and we absolutely trusted them in their ideas and sense of style. In saying that they never minded if some of the plan was changed to suit our ideas. Ana had a wonderful sense of colour and helped hugely with the interior design.

Tim carried out the observation and administration for the build and we were so thankful to have him on board for the build as it made the process so much easier for Brian and myself. Our builder Duane Cameron and Tim got on really well and both were very professional in the way they worked.

We are both totally delighted with the house they designed for us and every time we walk into it, we feel a sense of joy and delight in what has been created. I cannot think of nicer people to deal with then Tim and Ana and they made the whole experience of building so much easier than we had imagined.
