We were newbies with house alterations and were apprehensive about the process.  We’re happy to say that working with LO’CA on the renovation of our living area was a great experience for us. 

There were a number of complications (as there always are!) and LO’CA were helpful at every step, recommending a way forward for each problem. 

Tim, Ana and Kate came up with a design that we loved and were fantastic at communicating throughout the project.  We felt that they got the balance of gentle nagging about critical decisions right and kept us up to date with progress. 

We were very impressed with the builder that they recommended and the project came in under budget. 

Our house has been transformed by the renovation as it now has a wonderful, practical and beautiful living area which makes our home a place we don’t want to leave.  Thank you LO’CA!
