This stage generally entails the most work from our end. It involves us generating detailed drawings and specifications of the design. These detailed plans will be used:
to tender for and negotiate with a builder
to apply for a building consent
once construction begins, by the building team as they set about constructing the building.
During this stage, we also coordinate the work of any other consultants who are involved in the project and incorporate their information into the documentation.
